October reminded us that awareness saves lives. We shined a light on breast cancer prevention, early detection, and how lifestyle choices can support overall health. But awareness doesn’t stop when the month ends—it’s a lifestyle commitment.
As we turn the page into November, the focus shifts to another silent but powerful threat: diabetes. More specifically, prediabetes — the quiet warning sign that far too many adults are ignoring. It affects 1 in 3 adults in the U.S., and most don’t even know it.
This month is about education, early detection, and taking small steps that lead to big change.
Prediabetes doesn’t have to become type 2 diabetes. When we catch the warning signs early and support the body from the inside out, it has an incredible ability to heal and rebalance.
Prediabetes is often called “the calm before the storm” because most people don’t feel any symptoms. Yet, beneath the surface, blood sugar and insulin resistance are slowly wearing down the body’s ability to maintain balance.
At Better Days Wellness Clinic, we believe this is where early action makes all the difference. Through the R.E.S.E.T. Framework, we help patients move from awareness to prevention and transformation.
When you focus on the root causes instead of just chasing symptoms, you create space for true transformation—inside and out.
